Homemade risotto ♥
自製義式燉飯食譜
義式燉飯一直係少女至愛,有幸JH好友傳援即整即食。
雖然整佐成個鐘先有得食,不過totally worth waiting for!
Recipe by Ralph de Bie:
1. Boil the vegetable stock with 1 liter of water.
2. Heat the pan with olive oil, then add chopped parsley. garlic and onion.
3. Add risotto rice on the pan, stir them and make sure the olive oil touches every grain of rice.
Put some white wine if you feel like.

4. Pour vegetable soup slight higher than the rice. Wait for the rice to absorb the soup.
Once the soup is absorbed and come to a lower lever, pour more soup.
Repeat 5-6 times untill rice is done. (Takes around 30-40 minutes)

5. Try to see if the rice is ready, which should not be too hard nor too soft.
*The following parts are critical*
6. Once the rice is ready. Turn off the stove.
Add cheese and butter and stir with the rice for them to blend in.

7. Cover the pan and saute it for 1-2 minutes, let the smell of Cheese and butter stay.
8. Add some cheese,chopped parsley and pepper on top of risotto for a final touch!
