這個是真正的公寓，內有50多個住戶，非常實用又美觀的藝術品。
百水先生風格獨特，他討厭直線，所以以曲線、弧線、螺旋型為主。
色彩鮮艷奪目，就像格林童話內的糖果屋。
百水先生貴為自然派的環境主義者，非常重視樹木對人類和大自然的重要性。
如樹木能防止塵埃進入屋內、減低噪音、提供新鮮氧氣等，
而對整個環境亦有相當的好處。所以百水公寓都被綠油油的樹包圍著。
相比平常只用石屎堆切的住宅，實在別具一格、非常罕見。
百水先生對柱情有獨鍾
